Guntur Kaaram
Guntur Kaaram movie had been released since long time. I got a chance to watch it now. At the release time for some reason i had to miss it in theater and i was eagerly wanted to watch it but unfortunately i missed it and letter i forgot it. Now when i renewed my Netflix account i found it there and i saw this film.Â
This movie revolves around the relationship between a mother and her son. The mother abandoned her son when he was a child, leaving him with his father and returning to her own father’s house. Influenced by her father, she eventually became a politician. The son, played by Mahesh Babu, grew up with his father and aunt, managing a chili business in Guntur city.
One day, his maternal grandfather decides to make his mother a minister and invites the son to the party office to sign some contract papers. These papers state that he will no longer have any relationship with them, particularly his mother, and that he cannot claim any wealth in the future. However, he refuses to sign them. This marks the beginning of the movie’s main storyline, where the audience is left to discover whether he eventually signs the papers, why his mother abandoned him, and whether she truly loves him.
Personally, I do not consider this movie a must-watch. You can skip it unless you have some free time and a Netflix subscription, in which case you might want to check it out just to relax. Visually, the movie is impressive, with great quality, and Mahesh Babu’s smile and acting are charming. However, the story fails to reach its full potential. I found it overly lengthy—if the protagonist had met his mother earlier and had a straightforward conversation with her, the movie could have ended much sooner.
