Chhakka Panja 4

Recently, I watched the movie Chhakka Panja 4 for the second time. I had already seen it in the theater, but last night, while using my phone before sleeping, I found the movie available for free on the Dish Home Go app. You can’t find this movie on YouTube because it hasn’t been officially released there. However, if you’re a Dish Home user, you can watch it for free without paying any extra charges.

I felt entertained while watching Chhakka Panja 4 for the second time as well. I wasn’t disappointed or bored. This film is one of the most successful Nepali movies. In fact, all the movies in the Chhakka Panja franchise have been very successful. Deepak and Deepa’s movies have become a brand of their own. Each one attracts audiences to the theater and earns a significant amount at the box office. Audiences of all ages are fans of their work, and everyone wants to watch their movies in the theater when they are released. Perhaps the delayed release on YouTube is another reason why everyone prefers to watch them in theaters.

Chhakka Panja 4 is a social comedy-drama. As usual, Deepak Raj Giri plays the lead role as Raja. In this film, only Kedar Ghimire, also known as Mangne Buda, and Buddhi Tamang are cast alongside him; the other actors from previous films are not included. Buddhi Tamang has a short role, but both Mangne Buda and Buddhi Tamang succeed in making us laugh. They never disappoint the audience; their acting skills and comic timing are exceptional.

This film tells the story of how a neighborhood gangster becomes a politician, wins an election, and what happens afterward. The movie shows how technology can be misused. Social media makes Raja popular and turns him into a great politician, eventually helping him reach the position of minister. Raja entered politics because of his father, and the movie also touches on the issue of nepotism.

The film also illustrates how one’s own people can be worse than an enemy. The opposition leader couldn’t bring Raja down, but members of his own party, unhappy with him, forced him to his knees.

When it comes to acting, every cast member is experienced and well-known. Deepak Raj Giri himself is a very successful and experienced actor, writer, and producer. Deepashree Niraula is also a successful actress and director. Kedar Ghimire, Buddhi Tamang, Nir Shah, Shishir, Nirmal Sharma, Benisha Hamal, and others are all very talented actors, so there is no room for complaints about their performances. The film brings back memories of the Tito Satya TV show, with Deepak and Deepa’s characters having a son, played by Raj Acharya, which adds a touch of nostalgia.

There are two songs in this movie, both of which are enjoyable. Personally, I prefer the song “Shirupate Junga” and still listen to it regularly. A great deal of effort was put into this song, and it shows.
